Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to Edusekart:
- Belongs to them or is properly licensed.
- Does not infringe copyrights.
- Does not infringe trademarks.
- Does not violate patent rights.
- Does not violate design rights.
- Does not violate publicity rights.
- Does not violate any applicable laws.
Sellers may be required to provide proof of ownership or authorization upon request.
Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on the platform in a manner that constitutes infringement, you may submit a copyright complaint.
