Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between TFC Sales & Marketing, operator of Edusekart, and an approved marketplace seller.
Marketplace Appointment
The seller appoints Edusekart to provide marketplace and technology services for listing, discovery, order processing, customer communication and other agreed services.
Seller of Record
Unless a transaction expressly states otherwise, the seller remains responsible for the sale, product, fulfilment and applicable tax invoice.
Seller Warranties
The seller represents that its products are genuine, lawfully sourced, legally saleable, accurately described and compliant with applicable laws and licences.
Fulfilment and Returns
The seller must maintain accurate inventory, dispatch within applicable SLA and cooperate with delivery, return, refund, replacement and warranty processes.
Taxes
The seller remains responsible for applicable tax obligations. Edusekart will perform marketplace-operator obligations required by law.
Suspension and Termination
Edusekart may suspend listings or accounts for fraud, counterfeit goods, prohibited products, legal non-compliance, repeated service failures, infringement or material breach. Pending orders, refunds, settlements and surviving obligations remain enforceable after termination.
