Seller Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
Unless another arrangement is expressly agreed, sellers are responsible for inventory accuracy, compliant packaging, timely dispatch and delivery cooperation.
- Maintain accurate stock
- Dispatch within the applicable SLA
- Use suitable packaging
- Provide the correct product and quantity
- Upload tracking information where required
- Cooperate with delivery exceptions and reverse logistics
- Comply with product-specific transport restrictions
Repeated delays, cancellations, failed deliveries or poor fulfilment may affect seller visibility, account status or eligibility for marketplace services.
