Seller Settlement Policy
Edusekart settles eligible amounts payable to approved sellers according to the Seller Agreement and applicable payment, tax, refund and chargeback adjustments.
Settlement Amount
Settlement may be adjusted for marketplace fees, applicable taxes, refunds, returns, chargebacks and other disclosed or contractually permitted amounts.
Bank Account
Settlements are made to the verified seller bank account. Changes may require additional verification.
Temporary Holds
Edusekart may temporarily hold amounts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, unresolved returns/refunds, chargebacks, legal requirements or verification issues, subject to applicable law and the Seller Agreement.
Reconciliation
Sellers should review settlement statements and promptly report discrepancies through seller support.
