Marketplace Role

Edusekart operates solely as an online marketplace platform.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Edusekart does not manufacture products.
• Edusekart does not own inventory listed by sellers.
• Edusekart does not act as the seller of products offered by third-party sellers.
• Edusekart facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers.
• The seller remains solely responsible for products, product information, warranties, invoices, and legal compliance.

Eligibility

To use Edusekart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Users under the age of 18 may access the platform only under parental or legal guardian supervision.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

You agree to:

• Update account information when necessary.
• Maintain account security.

Orders and Purchases

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

Sellers reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject orders.
• Cancel orders due to inventory shortages.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors.
• Cancel orders due to suspected fraudulent activity.
• Cancel orders due to regulatory restrictions.

Pricing and Product Information

Product prices, descriptions, images, specifications, offers, and availability are provided by sellers.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Edusekart does not guarantee that all information displayed on the platform is complete, accurate, or error-free.

In the event of pricing or information errors, Edusekart or the seller reserves the right to cancel affected orders.

Payments

Edusekart supports multiple payment methods including online payments, wallets, UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways and authorized service providers.

Edusekart does not store sensitive payment card information on its servers.

Shipping and Delivery

Products offered on Edusekart may be sold by independent third-party sellers.

While Edusekart strives to maintain marketplace standards, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, or suitability of products offered by sellers.

Responsibility for products remains with the respective seller.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edusekart and Eduse Marketing Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edusekart, Eduse Marketing Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
