Edusekart is a marketplace operated by TFC Sales & Marketing. Independent sellers use the platform to offer products to customers.
Marketplace Role
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Edusekart does not own the inventory of independent sellers. The relevant seller is responsible for the product, authenticity, statutory product compliance, fulfilment and applicable tax invoice.
Seller Information
Required seller information is displayed through the relevant listing, checkout or order information to support transparency and informed purchasing.
Consumer Support
Edusekart provides marketplace-level support and grievance mechanisms. Depending on the issue, the seller may be responsible for the product remedy, refund, replacement, warranty or other seller-side obligation.
No Government Endorsement
Listing a seller or product does not constitute government certification, approval or endorsement.
